Did you think you were just your physical body? Think again! According to Eastern wisdom, each of us has seven—and each has its own unique purpose. In this 2-hour journey, we’ll explore how pain and trauma can linger across these subtle layers—and how simple practices can help you restore balance in body, emotions, mind, and spirit (and the other three, to be revealed!).
